Entries will be judged on creativity, originality and representation of the ghd brand. Any entries must be original and unique and cannot be previously published in any forum worldwide. Any additional entries must be submitted separately. All entries become the property of the Promoter and cannot be returned. Entries that are found to have been derived from a third party will be considered invalid and, if awarded the Prize, it must be returned to the Promoter. The winner may be required to sign a statutory declaration regarding the originality of the design. Without limiting the generality of these Terms, the Promoter reserves the right to take legal action against anyone found to have breached these Terms.
