Enter the Competition as many times as you wish during the Promotional Period by
answering the question: “Tell us in 25 words or less how you shimmer this party season” via
the Facebook Competition Application Entry Form. Entries will be judged on creativity,
originality and representation of the ghd brand. Any entries must be original and unique and
cannot be previously published in any forum worldwide. Any additional entries must be
submitted separately. All entries become the property of the Promoter and cannot be
returned. Entries that are found to have been derived from a third party will be considered
invalid and, if awarded the Prize, it must be returned to the Promoter. The winner may be
required to sign a statutory declaration regarding the originality of the design. Without limiting
the generality of these Terms, the Promoter reserves the right to take legal action against
anyone found to have breached these Terms. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole
discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached
any of these Terms or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to
jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Competition. The Promoter's legal rights to
recover damages or other compensation are reserved. The Promoter will not be responsible
for any late, lost, misdirected entries, or incomplete or incorrect entrant contact details.
Incomplete, illegible, incorrect and incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid and will
not be included in the judging. Entries not completed in accordance with these Terms or
received after the end of the Promotional Period date will not be considered valid and will not
be included in the judging.
