Entries into the promotion open on 08/05/2019 and close at 11:59pm on 04/06/19(“Promotional Period”).5. To be eligible to enter, individuals must purchase, in a single transaction, three (3)Chobani Gimmies Yogurts from a participating Ritchies Independent Supermarketduring the Promotional Period.6. To enter, individuals must then visit www.ritchies.com.au, follow the prompts to thepromotion entry page, input the requested details including first name, last name,contact number, email address postal address, upload a copy of their purchasereceipt and submit the fully completed entry form during the Promotional Period.7. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one entry permitted perspecified purchase requirement; (b) only one (1) entry permitted per transaction,regardless of how many Chobani Gimmies Yogurts over three (3) are purchased inthat transaction; and (c) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordancewith entry requirements.8. Entrants must retain a copy of their Ritchies Independent Supermarket purchasereceipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof ofpurchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of thePromoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of anyright to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the Ritchies IndependentSupermarket of purchase and that the purchase was made during the promotionalperiod but prior to entry.9. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries andentrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves theright, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reasonto believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entryprocess or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated tojeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may beaccepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of itsrights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoters legalrights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender arereserved.10. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.11. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, inits sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
