Entrants may enter the Competition only once.
Entrants will require access to the Internet via a desktop, mobile or tablet device to enter the Competition.
Entries must be received during the Competition Period. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
To enter and be eligible to win the Prize, the entrant must, during the Competition Period:
log in to their personal Facebook, Instagram or other social media (Social Media Platform) account via a desktop, mobile or tablet device;
locate the Competition post on the Promoter’s Social Media Platform page or through the Promoter’s sponsored ad on the Social Media Platform; and
click on the “Enter Now” button and in the form provided:
in 25 words or less, telling the Promoter what the entrant would rent or lend out on the Promoter’s central rental marketplace; and
enter the entrant’s full name, post code and email address.
There is no fee applicable to enter the Competition.
All entries must be an original, owned by the person submitting the entry. If requested, the entrant must be

Each entrant warrants that he/she:
will not submit any content that contains sexually explicit content or hateful, defamatory or discriminatory material, incites hatred against any individual or group, depicts unlawful acts or extreme violence, depicts animal cruelty or extreme violence towards animals, or any content that is in the opinion of the Promoter would cause harm to its business interest or reputation, portray the Promoter in a negative manner or is otherwise contrary to the law; and
either own all intellectual property rights in the entry, copy that he/she uploads or submits in connection with this Competition (other than the intellectual property rights owned by the Promoter) or have the necessary rights, consents and permissions to upload or otherwise make available the content and materials.
Illegible, incomprehensible and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
Whether an entry is valid and eligible will be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or any entrant who has tampered with the entry process (including but not limited to tampering by way of use of automated entry software or techniques). Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
The Competition will close at the end of the Competition Period. A panel of two judges from the Promoter (Judges) will then select one (1) winning entry over the following few days.
Entries will be judged based on originality, skillfulness and creativity.
The Judges shall have absolute discretion to choose the winning entry and the Judges' decision shall be final. The full names the Judges are available on written request to the Promoter at social@releaseit.com.au. No correspondence will be entered into in respect of any decision made in connection with this Competition.
On Monday, 22 November 2021 the winner will be announced on a Social Media Platform and the winner will be informed by email shortly thereafter.
If the winner fails to respond to the Promoter within 48 hours of the email notification, then the Promoter acting in its absolute discretion may:
make further attempts to contact that winner; and/or
withdraw the Prize from that winner.
If the Prize is declined by a winner or is withdrawn from a winner by the Promoter under these Terms and Conditions:
the declining or forfeiting winner will continue to be subject to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions; and
the Promoter shall offer the Prize to a new winner selected by the Judges.
The Promoter may request the winner to provide proof of identity and proof of residency. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the sole discretion of the Promoter. If there is a dispute as to the identity of the entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
In consideration for awarding the Prize to a winner, winners agree to participate in any Competition activity regarding winning the Prize and consent to their name, image and entry being used in Competition material without payment.
The winner (by accepting the Prize) agrees that they will abide by the applicable terms and conditions for the use of the Prize as notified by the Promoter or the provider of the Prize.
The winner acknowledges that:
they must take the Prize as offered except as provided in the Terms and Conditions. The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer;
the value of the Prize is capped at $15,000 (including GST) which will, subject to confirmation of prices and availability, cover:
economy return flights for two people from anywhere in Australia to Haggerstone Island;
villa accommodation in a Lagoon or Lighthouse for two people for five nights; and
meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and tailored daily excursions for five days.
Note: Alcohol, travel insurance is not included.
they must within 14 days of being notified by the Promoter that they are the winner:
engage a travel agent nominated by the Promoter to book their eco adventure at Haggerstone Island on the dates of their choice (Booking); and
provide the Promoter with a tax invoice (issued by the travel agent) for the Booking and provide written authority for the Promoter to pay out the invoice in full (up to an amount of $15,000 including GST). For the avoidance of doubt, this payment will be made by the Promoter directly to the travel agent. For example, if the winner provides a tax invoice issued by the travel agent for $15,500, the Promoter would only pay a maximum of $15,000 (including GST) directly to the travel agent towards the Booking – the balance of the payment would need to then be made by the winner themselves;
(if applicable) provide their bank account details to allow the Promoter to transfer the difference between the $15,000 prize cap and the amount noted on the tax invoice for the Booking (for example, if the winner’s tax invoice for the Booking only totals $12,500, the Promoter will first pay this tax invoice in full and then provide the winner with $2,500 in cash);
once the Promoter pays the travel agent’s tax invoice for the Booking:
the Promoter will have no further involvement or liability associated in any way with the Booking, the Prize or any associated matters (this includes cancellations, rescheduling, flight delays, inclement weather etc);
the winners will be responsible for complying with any other requirements associated with the Prize/ Booking including if any additional costs are incurred before, during or after the Booking;
the winner will be responsible for obtaining any necessary insurances for the Booking;
the Promoter will not be liable for personal injury or any other loss suffered in connection with the participation in this Competition or with the use of the Prize offered (including the Booking), except to the extent caused directly by the Promoter's negligence;
Haggerstone Island is currently booked out until 2024 and therefore, any booking by the winner will be subject to availability after this date or cancellations before this date;
if the winner is unable to make a Booking for the eco adventure at Haggerstone Island, the Prize may be exchanged for cash (to the value of $15,000) but only if the winner requests this in writing to the Promoter within 14 days of being notified that they have won the Prize; and
if they request or require any part of the Prize to be paid in cash, they will provide any details and documents that are required by the Promoter.
The following individuals are not allowed to enter the Competition:
Employees and contractors of the Promoter and their immediate family members (Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin)
Any individual that is under the age of 18 years as at the start of the Competition Period
Any individual that is not a resident of Australia.
To the greatest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all warranties, representations or guarantees regarding the Competition/ Prize/ Booking and will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever which is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) as a result of, in connection with, or arising out of the Competition/ Prize/ Booking, a person’s entry being deemed to be invalid, or the taking by a winner of the Prize. By entering the Competition, the entrants release and indemnify the Promoter from any such liability. In addition, the Promoter is not liable for any additional costs associated with the taking by a winner of the Prize and any expense incurred beyond the specified Prize will be the responsibility of the winner.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act (Cth) 2010, as well as any other implied warranties under any similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia.
If for any reason this Competition is not capable of proceeding in the manner described in these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to fraud, natural disasters, computer viruses, bugs, technical failure or causes beyond the control of the Promoter, or anything which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Competition, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition, at any time, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid. Caution: any attempt to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the Promoter’s website or the information on the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this Competition may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law
