Entries into the promotion open on 08/05/2019 and close at 11:59pm AEST on 21/05/2019(“Promotional Period”).6. To enter individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:• Purchase a bottle of Piper-Heidsieck Cuvee Brut from a Participating Store (“QualifyingTransaction”). Individuals must ensure they obtain a purchase receipt for their QualifyingTransaction; and then• Visit https://bottlemart.com.au/piper-heidsieck-tasmania (for Qualifying Transactions madeat Bottlemart) OR https://sipnsave.com.au/piper-heidsieck-tasmania (for QualifyingTransactions made at Sip n Save), follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, inputthe requested details into the online entry form (including their full name, email address andtelephone), upload a copy of their purchase receipt for the Qualifying Transaction andsubmit the fully completed online entry form.7. A participating store is any Bottlemart or SipnSave store in Australia (excluding TAS) thatdisplays promotional material advertising this promotion (each a “Participating Store”).8. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants(including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its solediscretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breachedany of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawfulor other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion.Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter toenforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter'slegal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.9. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.10. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its solediscretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.11. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted perQualifying Transaction (regardless of the number of Piper-Heidsieck Cuvee Brut productspurchased in that transaction in excess of one (1)); and (b) each entry must be submittedseparately and in accordance with entry requirements.12. Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase.Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute 2discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture ofany right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase, that a bottleof Piper-Heidsieck Cuvee Brut was purchased and that the purchase was made during thePromotional Period but prior to entry.13. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.14. The draw will take place at the Promoter’s office, Level 3, 100 Pacific Highway, St LeonardsNSW 2065 on 23/05/2019 at 2pm AEST. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entriesand record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
