Entry is only available to Australian residents and are eligible to enter multiple times according to the number of purchases of Elementelle Probiotics +.
Employees and immediate members of their families are not permitted to enter.
Promotion commences on 8th February 2021 and ends at 11:59pm AEST, 30 April 2021.
The promotion will be applicable to purchases of Elementelle Probiotics + made on-line at elementelle.com.au and retail outlets stocking Elementelle Probiotics +.
Entry into the promotion during the applicable period can be made by:
(a) making a qualified purchase from an Elementelle Probiotics + stockist and collecting the itemised receipt;
(b) fill out and submit the online entry form, including uploading and image of a qualifying purchase receipt and providing all other requested information
(c) visiting elementelle.com.au and on completing a purchase which will automatically register you in the promotion;
The purchase receipt must identify where the purchase was made, the product/s purchased and the date of purchase (which must be during the specified promotion period).
The promoter has no responsibility in such instances a mobile device/desktop does not have the capability of submitting an entry, including having the requisite photograph functionality.
Incomplete and indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
Entrants should retain either their original purchase receipt(s) or a copy of their purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for an entry when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of an entrant’s entry and forfeiture of any right to a prize.
In the instance there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant. Proof considered suitable will be at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
There will be 11 weekly prize draws of $1,000 will be awarded to an Australian resident based on the specified conditions by a randomised selection system at PacificBlue Health, Suite 2, 13-15 Lyonpark Road, Macquarie Park, 2113 at 12:00pm each Monday during the promotional period.
The major prize draw of $50,000 will be awarded to an Australian resident based on the specific conditions by a randomised selection system overseen by an independent scrutineer at PacificBlue Health, Suite 2, 13-15 Lyonpark Road, Macquarie Park, 2113 at 12:00pm, Monday 3rd May.
The total prize pool is $61,000.
The winner/s will be notified in writing two days of verification by phone and in writing by email within 2 days of determination.
The winners/s will also have their name, state or territory published on elementelle.com.au.
In the instance a prize has not been accepted by the prize claim date of 14th May 2021, 12:00pm AEST, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promotor cannot contact winner/s (or the winner does not contact the promotor) by the specified date, the applicable entry will be void and the Promotor will re-award the prize to a reserve entrant and/or carry out an unclaimed prize draw on the 14th May 2021, 12:00pm at PacificBlue Health, Suite 2, 13-15 Lyonpark Road, Macquarie Park, 2113. Prize winners will be informed by phone and in writing by email within two days of determination.
In any instance where the promotor is unable to contact a reserve entrant or unclaimed prize draw winner via phone within 5 working days of the Promotor’s first attempt, this will mean the prize will be treated as unclaimed and the Promoter will not re-award the prize.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory?consumer guarantees as provided under the?Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or?similar?consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia ( “Non-Excludable Guarantees” ).
