General1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the Terms and Conditions. Entry into this competition deems acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 2. Mega Monthly, Who, Better Homes and Gardens, marie claire, Men’s health, Women’s Health, InStyle, Home Beautiful, Diabetic Living, Girlfriend, that’s life Puzzler on the Go!, New idea Jumbo Puzzler, and all other spin-off or one-shots on sale during the promotional period ) from a participating newsagent during the open and close dates of the competition (‘Eligible Purchase’).5.1 Entrants who refund or return the purchase used to meet these requirements, will not be entitled to any prize and if they are awarded a prize must return it to the Promoter.6. Entrants must then enter online:6.1 Online entrants must visit http://www.buy2win.com.au. They must then complete the online entry form.7. Entries must include all requested contact details to be eligible to win. Entrants may only enter in their own name. Inaudible, incomprehensible, illegible, and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid. All entries become the property of the Promoter and cannot be returned.Number of Entries permitted8. One entry per product purchase and only one prize will be awarded per person during the Competition.9. One entry per Eligible Product Purchase. All entrants must retain their original receipts, documents or tags to validate proof of purchase during the promotional period. Such evidence must, on request by the Promoter, be provided to the reasonable satisfaction of the Promoter, which demonstrates that the winner is an eligible entrant and has complied with these Terms and Conditions. Any entrant found to be sharing any receipt or other proof to demonstrate Proof of Purchase with any other entrant, whether or not related in any way, will have all entries invalidated and any claim to any prize will be invalidated. If such an entrant is awarded a prize and then found to have breached this clause, the entrant must immediately return any awarded prize back to the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide receipts, documents or tags to validate proof of purchase the Promoter will replace the winner with another drawn entrant. If the Promoter is unable to replace a winner, who cannot provide receipts, documents or tags to validate proof of purchase, the Promoter will conduct a further draw immediately.The Promoter has sole discretion to determine if this clause has been breached by any entrant. The Promoter reserves the right to request whatever documentation it deems necessary to confirm if the entrant has breached this clause. Winners will be the first valid entries computerised randomly drawn at premises of Ansible Pty Ltd, Level 3, 100 Chalmers Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010 on 10/07/2019 at 11:00 AEST. The Prize Winner will be drawn from all entries received during the Competition.12. The Promoter will ensure that all entries have an equal chance of winning.13. One prize winner will be drawn from the national pool of entrants received during the Competition Period in the Major Prize Draw. Each entrant who has entered the competition over the Competition Period and submitted a valid entry online in accordance with clause 5 will be entered into the Major Draw.14. The Prize Draw will be conducted in accordance with clause 11 at the premises of Level 3, 100 Chalmers Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010.15. The winners will be notified by email and names of winners will be published at www.buy2win.com.au on 11/07/2019.16. Prizes will be sent within 28 days.17. The Promoter may conduct such further draws on 10/10/2019 at the same time and place as the original draw in order to distribute any prizes unclaimed by this date, subject to State and Territory legislation. If the Major Prize is unclaimed the Major Winner of any unclaimed draw will receive a $1,000 cash prize.
