Only Australian residents aged 18 years or over can enter the competition. Employees, directors, officers, and management of the Promoter and associated agencies, as well as their immediate families, are not eligible to participate.

The competition runs from 12:01 AM (AEST) on August 21, 2024, and closes at 11:59 PM (AEST) on September 17, 2024.

To enter, participants must make a qualifying purchase of any of the following Cool Ridge products: - 1.5L Cool Ridge Spring Water - 1L Cool Ridge Spring Water - 750ml Cool Ridge Spring Water - 750ml Cool Ridge Flavoured Water - 600ml Cool Ridge Spring Water - 500ml Cool Ridge Sparkling Water After making a purchase at participating BP service stations displaying promotional materials, entrants must collect their itemized purchase receipt and either scan the QR code on the in-store advertising materials or visit the website www.coolridgebpwinanmg.com.au. They must then complete and submit the online entry form, including the last four digits of the qualifying purchase barcode and other requested information.

There is one prize available: an MG MY23 ZSEV Essence Automatic transmission vehicle. The prize includes all statutory and on-road costs such as: - 12 months registration - Stamp duty - Dealer delivery - 12 months compulsory third-party insurance The total value of the prize is up to $42,990. The prize does not cover comprehensive insurance, options, petrol, or any ancillary costs not specified. The winner may request a color preference for the vehicle, subject to availability.

Participants may enter multiple times, provided they enter once per qualifying purchase barcode. Each entry must be submitted separately according to the terms and conditions.

The winner will be notified by phone and in writing within two business days after the draw, which will take place at 12 PM (AEST) on September 19, 2024. The winner's name, state/territory, and postcode will also be published on the website on September 24, 2024, for a period of 28 days.

Winners must retain original itemized purchase receipts and qualifying purchase barcodes as proof of purchase. If proof of purchase is not provided upon request, the Promoter may disqualify the entries.

If the prize is not claimed by 5 PM (AEDT) on October 21, 2024, the unclaimed prize will be drawn at 12 PM (AEDT) on October 22, 2024. The new winner will be notified in the same manner as the original winner.

Winners consent to participate in promotional activities without compensation and agree to the collection and use of their personal information by the Promoter for competition management and marketing purposes. The Promoter may disclose personal information to related companies and contractors, including overseas, as needed for competition purposes.
