The following Terms and Conditions apply to the ?Ultimate Aussie Holiday Kit Competition (the ?Competition?): ABOUT THE COMPETITION? 1. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of the terms and conditions. 2. Entry is open only to Australian residents only. 3. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older. 4. The Competition is promoted by Places We Go (the ?Promoter?). The prize suppliers (the ?Sponsors?) are Subaru (Aust) Pty Ltd ACN 000 312 792, Jayco Corporation Pty Ltd ACN 005 266 991, Antler Luggage Australia ACN 007 047 627 and Big4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd ACN 006 437 038. Employees of the Promoter and Sponsors and their advertising agencies, subagents, respective employees and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. 5. The Competition opens at 15:00 (AEST) on Friday 4 April 2014 (the ?Opening Date?) and closes at 18:00 (AEST) on Saturday, 5 July 2014 (the ?Closing Date?). There is no limit to the amount of times Entrants can enter the Competition. 6. The Competition consists of a grand prize for the overall best-judged entry submitted during the competition period. 7. In order to enter the Competition, entrants are required to go to www.placeswego.com and click through to the Ultimate Aussie Holiday Kit competition page, and submit, in 25 words or less, why you?d like to win and where you?d like to go. The entrant will then be asked to register their details and must fully complete the online entry form, including providing their name, contact number and an email address to be eligible to win. The entrant must also tick the box to agree to the prize terms and conditions. 8. The Winner shall be chosen by a judging panel (the ?Panel?) at the discretion of Places We Go. Prizes will be awarded to the most original and creative entries as judged by the Panel. The decision is final and no correspondence shall be entered into. ELIGIBILITY? 9. No entries shall be accepted before the Opening Date or after the Closing Date. Third party or bulk entries will not be accepted and entries not in accordance with the entry instructions are invalid. 10. Your entry must not disparage the Promoter or the Sponsors or any other party affiliated with the promotion or administration of the Competition, nor infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party, including without limitation, the use of third party copyright. Your entry shall not feature any other person?s intellectual property, reference to competitive products, or comprise of words which are obscene or vulgar, offensive, abusive, harmful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, invasive of another?s privacy, sexually or racially or ethically or religiously insulting, harassing, profane or otherwise unlawful. Places We Go reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry that it believes is in breach of this clause. 11. By submitting your entry, you warrant that the entry was created solely by you. 12. Places We Go does not accept any responsibility for any entries not being properly recorded or received. Places We Go does not accept any responsibility for any network congestion, technical failure or other problem which results in any entries not being properly recorded or received. 13. No purchase of any kind is necessary to take part in this competition. PRIZE 14. There is one (1) winner who will receive the following prize package valued at $26,364: a) A brand new Jayco Eagle camper trailer, subject to the CARAVAN Terms and Conditions set out at the end of these terms and conditions. b) Loan of a Subaru Outback for seven (7) days, subject to the CAR Terms and Conditions set out at the end of these terms and conditions. c) A $1000 gift card to spend at any BIG4 Holiday Park in Australia, subject to the BIG4 GIFT CARD Terms and Conditions set out at the end of these terms and conditions. d) An Antler Cyberlite luggage set including a cabin, medium and large case, subject to the LUGGAGE Terms and Conditions set out at the end of these terms and conditions. 15. The Winner will be announced on Monday 14 July 2014. Winner will be notified by email or phone and published on www.placeswego.com. 16. The Winner shall be initially contacted by telephone and e-mail with further details on how to claim their Prize. The Winners MUST respond within three (3) days of being contacted. If the Winner does not respond within this time, Places We Go reserves the right to select another winner from the remaining eligible entries. 17. The Promoter and the Sponsors shall not be liable for any claims or complaints of any nature with respect to the Prize. Winners may not choose alternative sizes, colours or models. There is no cash alternative and the Prize is not negotiable, transferable or returnable. 18. The Winners agree not to sell, offer to sell or use the Prize for any commercial or promotional purposes (including the Prize on an internet auction site). PROMOTION AND PUBLICITY 19. Where this Competition is promoted on Facebook, it is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. Entrants are providing their information to Places We Go and not to Facebook. The information provided will only be used for purposes as detailed in clause 20. By entering this Competition, Entrants expressly authorise the Promoter and the Sponsors, without further consideration, to transmit, reproduce, communicate and broadcast entries on their and other third party social media channels and websites for the purposes of presenting and promoting the Competition (?Marketing?). 21. The Winners agree to take part in any post-Competition publicity at the request of the Promoter and the Sponsors. By entering the Competition, Entrants agree to unrestricted use of any post-competition publicity for the Promoter?s and the Sponsors? own purposes in all activities, without limitation, marketing and promotional activities worldwide including use on websites and social media channels. GENERAL 22. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be sold or exchanged for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize. 23. The winners agree they will not sell or otherwise provide their story and/or photographs to any media or other organisation. 24. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. 25. The winner must, on request by the Promoter, be able to provide evidence, which to the reasonable satisfaction of the Promoter, demonstrates that the winner is an eligible entrant and has complied with these Terms and Conditions. 26. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. If a winner is unable to satisfy these terms and conditions or a prize is not utilised, the winner will forfeit the prize and cash will not be awarded in lieu. 27. Any taxes (other than GST, if any) which may be payable as a consequence of the winner receiving this prize are the sole responsibility of the winner 28. All entries will become the property of Eve Media. Information regarding personal data provided in the Entry will be held and processed in a database for the purpose of managing entry into the Competition. By entering this Competition, you also give Eve Media the right to use your details for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes outside of the Competition. Eve Media is bound by the Information Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 2001. The decision by entrants to grant or withhold their consent in relation to the use of their information for marketing purposes will not affect the selection of the winner. If you have separately agreed to receive communications from a Sponsor then your personal data may be used by them for such purposes, including direct marketing. Sponsors will only use the personal information of entrant?s in accordance with their respective privacy policies. The information will not be used for any other purpose than as stated in these Terms & Conditions or as separately accepted by you. Whenever the Promoter or Sponsors sends an entrant a marketing communication they will always provide the entrant with an option to unsubscribe from receiving future marketing communications. 29. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, the Sponsors and their associated agencies, and other contractors associated with this Competition, accept no responsibility for prizes, prize information or for tickets lost in transit. 30. By entering, you agree that if you are chosen as a prize winner you will allow the Promoters and/or the Sponsors to use your name, photograph, video, voice recording, and general location for their publicity and news purposes during this and any future competitions or advertising. 31. The winner agrees to co-operate with the Promoter and/or the Sponsors for publicity purposes and provide blogs /video content and Facebook wall posts prior to, during and post the 7-day loan of the Subaru Outback. A film crew may also accompany the prize winner during this part of the prize for publicity purposes and all competition materials provided in relation to the prize remain the property of the Promoter. 32. Unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions all other expenses become the responsibility of the winner. The prize winner (and their companions) are responsible for all expenses including but not limited to spending money (other than that specified), transfers, meals (other than that specified), drinks (other than that specified), incidentals, mini-bar, laundry, room service, telephone calls, activities, insurance, visa?s, taxes (including departure taxes), energy surcharges, gratuities, services charges, travel insurance and all other ancillary costs. A credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required from the winner at check-in to the hotel, for all incidental charges. 33. The Promoter and the Sponsors accept no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. 34. The Promoter and the Sponsors make no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination. 35. The decision of the Promoter in relation to the conduct of the Competition and the prize winner is binding and final and the Promoter and the Sponsors will not enter into any correspondence regarding the Competition result. 36. To the extent permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor the Sponsors will be liable for any for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, misadventure, accident, personal injury, death, damage or claim which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person?s negligence) in connection with: a. any travel connected with the Competition or any prize won; b. any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of the Promoter or the Sponsors , or any person associated with any of them; or c. any circumstances outside the Promoter?s or the Sponsors? reasonable control. 37. To the extent permitted by law, if for any reason this Competition is not capable of running as planned, due to causes beyond the control of the Promoter, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or technical failures, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to take any action that may be available to it, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, and recommence it from the start on the same conditions subject to any government regulation. PRIVACY 38. Any personal data that you provide will be held and processed in accordance with the requirements of the Privacy Act 1988. 39. Places We Go reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and/or cancel the Competition at its sole discretion. CARAVAN TERMS AND CONDITIONS A representative from Jayco will contact the winner to arrange production, collection and registration of the Eagle Camper Trailer. Optional extras are not included and will incur additional cost if requested. Collection will be from Jayco Head Office or from you nearest Jayco Dealership (if outside of Melbourne). Camper Trailer shown may not reflect exact product specifications and graphics. LOAN CAR TERMS AND CONDITIONS The use of the Subaru Outback is subject to booking and availability and the Sponsors standard loan vehicle Terms and Conditions in relation to test drives and similar arrangements. If a Subaru Outback is not available, an alternative model will be provided at the Sponsor?s sole discretion and will be subject to the same Terms and Conditions. The Subaru Outback (or alternative model) must be collected from and returned to the authorised Subaru Dealer nominated by the Sponsor. The prize must be redeemed in full by December 31st 2014. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner and/or their companion sign any such documents as the Sponsor may require prior to accepting the prize. Each driver of the Subaru Outback (or alternative model) must be 18 years of age or older at the time of taking the prize and must have a full, current and unrestricted State or Territory driver?s licence (which is not under suspension or cancellation) as at the date on which the driver is to drive the vehicle, and for the duration of the prize. Any traffic infringements, petrol costs, toll fees and similar costs incurred while driving the vehicle are the responsibility of the winner. The winner acknowledges and agrees that the Sponsor will nominate the winner as the responsible driver for any fine, toll or any other similar imposts received pertaining to the period during which the winner is in possession of the vehicle, and the winner will cooperate with the Sponsor to allow it do so (including, without limitation, providing the Sponsor with any necessary information such as the winner?s drivers license number). The winner will be responsible for any insurance excess payable as a result of damage to the vehicle while in the possession of the winner. Unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions all other expenses (including travel to and from the dealership, additional fuel and any Tolls incurred etc) become the responsibility of the winner. The winner acknowledges that they will not become entitled to any security interest in the vehicle as a result of winning the prize. The winner acknowledges that extra caution is required when hitching and/or towing a caravan. The winner must ensure that the caravan is properly hitched and that whilst towing the caravan, any driver of the vehicle drives the vehicle cautiously, and strictly complies with all relevant instructions, warnings and notices regarding the hitching and towing of caravans, including without limitation, those contained in any relevant instruction manual (e.g. the vehicle?s owners manual). BIG4 GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. The BIG4 Gift Cards (?Card?) is issued by BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd ABN 50 006 437 038 (?BIG4?). The Card remains the property of BIG4. 2. The Gift Card is redeemable at BIG4 Holiday Park locations, which may change from time to time and an up-to-date list of the parks is available on www.big4.com.au (?Web Site?). The Gift Card can only be used to purchase accommodation and selected other items at BIG4 Holiday Park locations in Australia. Redemption for accommodation is subject to availability. Once the Gift Card has been redeemed the terms and conditions of the relevant park will apply. 3. The Gift Card must be presented at the time of payment to be redeemed. If your purchase exceeds the amount of your Gift Card, you must contribute the difference in value. The Gift Card may be used in part or in full, any remaining balance on the Gift Card can be used towards subsequent purchases. 4. The Gift Card may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash. The Gift Card cannot be on sold. If the Gift Card is lost, stolen or destroyed, it cannot be replaced or refunded. 5. The Gift Card must be redeemed within 24 months of the date of issue (?Validity Period?). Any Gift Card not used within the Validity Period will be void and of no value. Any unused value will not be refunded. 6. Gift Cards will be delivered by certified post within 10 working days (within Australia only). BIG4 is not liable for any Gift Cards which are lost or damaged in the post. The Purchaser is responsible for informing BIG4 of the correct delivery details. 7. BIG4 reserves the right to change any terms contained in these Terms & Conditions. Changes to the Terms and Conditions will be available on the BIG4 Web Site or at participating parks. LUGGAGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS Antler Luggage Australia will arrange for delivery of the luggage set to each Winner at an agreed Australian address. Please allow a minimum of fourteen (14) days for delivery from the date on which an address is provided to Antler Luggage Australia. Colour subject to availability.
