WHO CAN ENTER?

Entry to the Promotion is open to Australian residents during the Promotion Period, aged 14 years + and who fulfill the entry requirements.
Entrants aged under 18 years must have parent/guardian consent to enter the Promotion.
Entry Restrictions

No entries will be accepted after this time.
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter the Promotion, entrants must purchase TWO (2) Cottee’s 1L cordial products (not all flavours available all stores) from a participating store during the Promotion Period (Qualifying Purchase) ) then visit the Website to complete the entry form including personal details, date of purchase, receipt/invoice number and upload of receipt/invoice. Computer generated entries will not be accepted.
Each Qualifying Purchase may only be used for one (1) entry in the Promotion.
Major Prize:
There is one (1) major prize (Major Prize).
The first valid entry randomly drawn from all entries received will win the Major Prize.
Instant Win prizes:
There are 200 instant win prizes (each an (Instant Win Prize). The 200 Instant Win Prizes will be randomly given away during the Promotion Period in accordance with the following:
(a) The 200 Instant Win Prize winning moments will be randomly determined at the commencement of the Promotion Period (each a “Winning Moment”). Each Winning Moment has a date and time at which it becomes active. The first valid entry received at or after each Winning Moment will “instantly win” the Instant Win Prize for that Winning Moment (“Winning Entry”).
(b) If there is no Winning Entry for a particular Winning Moment prior to the next Winning Moment (“Non-Winning Moment”) then the allocated Instant Win Prize for that Non-Winning Moment will be reallocated to the next Winning Moment. If this occurs:
(i) there will be two Instant Win Prizes for the next Winning Moment;
(ii) the first valid entry received by the Promoter will win the Non-Winning Moment and the next valid entry received will win the current Winning Moment.
This queuing process will continue until all Instant Win Prizes have been won.
Winning Moments do not lapse.
(c) If there is no valid entry received by the Promoter at or after the final Winning Moment, the Instant Win Prize allocated to that Winning Moment will be awarded in the unclaimed prize draw.

PRIZES:
Major Prize:
The Major Prize is a trip for a family of four (4) people (two (2) adults and two (2) children aged up to 15 years) to Broome, Western Australia, valued at up to AU$11,811 (inc GST), and comprises:
return economy airfares (including flight related taxes) from winner's nearest Australian capital city to Broome for four (4) people;
return transfers (airport/hotel;
five (5) nights’ accommodation at Cable Beach Club (classic bungalow); and
AU$1,500 spending money.
All costs associated with the Major Prize which are not specified to be included in the Major Prize including but not limited to other spending money, meals, insurance, transport to and from departure point, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included.
All travel is subject to availability at all times and maybe dependent on seat class availability with airlines or specific room category availability with accommodation partner. Major Prize must be taken within 12 months of draw date. Block out periods include all public holidays.
All bookings must be made a minimum of six (6) weeks in advance of requested departure dates. No portion of the prize is redeemable for cash. Major prize is not refundable or transferable.
During the entire duration of the prize, a nominated parent/guardian must accompany any person under 18 years of age. Winner and participants must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. Itinerary to be determined by the Promoter in agreement with the winner, but in the event that agreement cannot be reached, the Promoter reserves the right to determine the itinerary. No alterations to confirmed details are allowed. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. A winner may be required to present his/her credit card at the time of accommodation check in. It is strongly recommended that winners and participants acquire adequate travel insurance.
If a winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or legal guardian on the winner’s behalf.
Winner and participants are required to sign an indemnity in a form approved by the Promoter in favour of the Promoter and all involved parties prior to participating. If they do not sign that indemnity form, they will not be able to participate. The winner and participants agree to comply with any reasonable directions or guidelines notified to them by the Promoter or its agents.
Instant Win Prizes:
Each Instant Win Prize is a Red Dog merchandise pack (Red Dog plush toy, original Red Dog DVD and a Red Dog foldable frisbee) valued at $36.85 inc GST per pack.
