6. There are two stages to this promotion. To enter, and be eligible to win, you must, during the promotion period:

b) post your answer to your personal Twitter or Instagram account or the Telstra Facebook page located at www.facebook.com/Telstra and include your full name, hometown and include #ultimatecontext,

14. The five entrants judged to have the most creative answers to the entry question will each progress on to a second round (?finalists?).
15. Finalists will be notified by telephone and in writing within 2 days of judging.
16. Each finalist will be required to participate in a text speed challenge by typing a set text message into a mobile device with the predictive text function switched off to record their fastest text speed. The text message will not be required to be sent (?time trial?).
17. The time trial will take place on a date and at a location agreed between the finalist and Telstra, however the time trial must be held by 14 July 2014 otherwise the finalist will forfeit their place in the promotion. A representative of Telstra will be present at the trial to record the time of each finalist.
18. As a finalist, you agree to participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable marketing activities relating to your participation in the promotion, including but not limited to being filmed for a video promoting the time trial, being interviewed and photographed. We reserve the right to use your recording, comments, image and name for advertising and publicity purposes in any media in perpetuity without compensation.
19. The finalist with the fastest recorded time in the time trial will be awarded the prize and must compete against Les Edwards in the Ultimate Context challenge (?winner?).
20. The Ultimate Context challenge will involve the winner texting a set message into a mobile device against Les Edwards typing the same message using Morse Code. For the avoidance of doubt the winner will be awarded the prize regardless of whether they win the Ultimate Challenge.
