General1. The competition is a game of chance and is authorised under the permits.2. The material used to market and promote the competition forms part of the competitionterms. If there is an inconsistency between the material used to market and promote thecompetition and the competition terms, the competition terms prevail.Eligibility to enter3. During the promotional period, anyone may enter the competition, provided that they are:(a) over 18 years of age;(b) a resident of Australia;(c) a current flybuys member or a new flybuys member who joins during thePromotional Period (to be a valid flybuys member the flybuys member account mustinclude the member’s full name, a valid postal address, a valid email address and avalid contact number current at time of draw and prize distribution);(d) not an employee or immediate family member of the promoter, flybuys or an agentof the promoter, who is directly associated and connected with the organisation ofthis competition.Entering4. By entering the competition, entrants accept the competition terms.5. To receive an automatic entry/entries in the prize draws flybuys members must do one orboth of the following between 12:01am (AEST) on 17/07/2019 and 11:59pm (AEST) on10/09/2019 (Promotional Period):a) Purchase a $50 or $100 Coles Gift Mastercard from any Coles Supermarket or ColesExpress (excludes Coles Online) during the promotional period and scan their flybuyscard in-store at time of purchase. Entrants will automatically receive 1 entry into theprize draw per $50 or $100 Coles Gift Mastercard purchased.AND/ORb) Spend $30 or more in one transaction at any Coles Supermarket, Coles Online or ColesExpress during the Promotional Period and receive a Coles Little Shop Mini Collectable(Collectable). Qualifying Coles Online orders must be placed from 17/07/2019 and delivered or collectedby 10/09/2019. Customers must select ‘add and continue’ when prompted at the checkoutto receive a Collectable with purchase. The Coles Online service fee is excluded whencalculating whether the customer has met the Qualifying Spend. A maximum limit of 20Collectables per customer per transaction applies for all Coles Online transactions. This limitexcludes any Double Collectables earned in a Coles Online transaction.7. A maximum limit of 5 Collectables per customer per transaction applies for all Coles Express 2transactions.8. If, subsequent to a qualifying entry, you do not wish to participate in the competition youmust advise the promoter by calling the flybuys service centre (13 11 16).9. The promoter may disqualify any entrant who:(a) enters the competition without being eligible;(b) tampers with the entry process;(c) submits an entry that is not in accordance with the competition terms; or(d) in entering the competition, engages in conduct which is fraudulent, misleading,deceptive or damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the competition or thepromoter.10. Failure by the promoter to exercise its rights under paragraph 9 does not constitute a waiverof the promoter’s rights under paragraph 9. If the entrant’s contact details change, theentrant must notify the promoter.Drawing winners11. The promoter will draw the winners from the pool of valid entries at 10:00am (AEST) on20/09/2019 at Focal Promotions, Suite 1, 20 Wangara Rd, Sandringham VIC 3191. Subject tothe promoter’s rights under paragraph 9, the first valid entry the promoter draws will win aFirst Prize, the next 2 valid entries the promoter draws will each win a Second Prize, the next3 valid entries the promoter draws will each win a Third Prize, the next 10 valid entries thepromoter draws will each win a Fourth Prize, the next 15 valid entries the promoter drawswill each win a Fifth Prize, the next 31 valid entries the promoter draws will each win a SixthPrize, and the next 38 valid entries the promoter draws will each win a Seventh Prize.12. The winners’ names and last three flybuys digits will be posted atwww.coles.com.au/littleshopFS by 03/10/2019.13. The awarding of prizes is restricted to one prize per flybuys account except for SA.Awarding prizes14. Each prize will be automatically allocated to the flybuys account associated with thewinner’s entry by 03/10/2019.15. The promoter may request that the winners provide proof of identity, proof of age or proofof residency to the promoter’s reasonable satisfaction before awarding the prize.16. If upon request a winner does not provide proof of identity, proof of age or proof ofresidency to the promoter’s reasonable satisfaction by 20/12/2019, then the relevantWinner may be deemed to have forfeited their entitlement to their prize. In thosecircumstances the promoter may redraw the prize in accordance with paragraph 18.17. In consideration of the promoter awarding the prize to the winner, the winner:a. consents to the promoter, without royalty or any fees, using his or her name, likeness,image, voice and entry in any marketing and promotion of the competition, thepromoter or the promoter’s business;b. agrees to use the prize in accordance with the supplier’s specified conditions andrequirements; andc. agrees that the prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.18. If the prize is unavailable, the promoter may substitute the prize with a substitute prize,provided that the substitute prize is of the same or similar value or specification as the prizesubject to legislative approval.
