The promotion is open to residents of all Australian states and territories, excluding South Australia, who are eighteen (18) years or older. Employees and their immediate family members of the Promoter, associated companies, and agencies are not eligible to enter.

To enter, participants must purchase one of the following Ignite HQ access passes during the promotional period: Spark, Ember, Flame, Fire, Spark VIP, Ember VIP, or Flame VIP. Entrants must agree to the terms and conditions and must not terminate their access pass during the promotional period. The number of entries varies depending on the type of access pass purchased, with options ranging from 1 to 100 entries, and additional entries per month for VIP passes.

Prizes include: 1. Major Prize: A Toyota Landcruiser 200 Series, valued at $130,000. 2. Second Prize: $2,000 in cash. 3. Third Prize: $1,000 in cash. The prizes are awarded through an electronic random draw.

The total prize pool is valued at AUD $133,000.
