The TrekAmerica Plus prize draw (the "Prize Draw") is open to people aged 18 to 38 who provide their full name, email address, country and an answer to the competition question. Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions. By submitting your personal information, you agree to receive emails from TrekAmerica containing offers and information that we think may interest you. You will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe on every email that we send. These emails will be sent in accordance with our privacy policy. This competition will run from 5th December until 11.59pm (GMT) on 5th January 2017. Any entries submitted outside of this time will not be valid. One entry per person – duplicate entries will not be valid. After the closing date, one winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. TrekAmerica will contact the winner within two weeks of the competition closing date. The selected winner has two weeks to respond to this email, otherwise the prize will be re-allocated to another entrant. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. Acceptance of rules is a condition of entry. The winner will win one place on a TrekAmerica Plus tour as chosen in their competition entry. The prize includes all accommodation, all national park entry fees and all inclusions (as listed in itinerary on www.trekamerica.co.uk), transportation by private vehicle and the services of a TrekAmerica professional tour leader, and international flights (economy) from an agreed UK airport, subject to availability. Where the entrant is from outside of the UK, a contribution of £600 will be made towards flight costs. Flights must match the dates of the winners TrekAmerica trip. TrekAmerica will pay on receipt of a booking confirmation from the airline in this instance. The person taking the trip must be aged between 18 and 38 on the date of departure. The winner can choose from the available dates as shown on the TrekAmerica website as the time of booking, excluding the month of August and the Christmas/Easter holiday periods. The prize does not include travel insurance, additional hotel nights outside the tour, optional activities and meals not included on the tour itinerary, beverages and spending money. Please note that suitable travel insurance coverage is compulsory. The prize tour must be taken before 10th December 2017 and booked before 30th March 2017. Eight weeks’ notice must be given prior to departure. The tour must be taken by the prize-winner. If the prize-winner wishes to cancel their trip once booked, they must provide 4 weeks advance notice or may be liable for cancellations charges incurred by TrekAmerica. Bookings are subject to normal tour conditions, available on request, and bookings cannot be altered once booked. If the travellers are unable to travel in accordance with the above or by the date listed, the winners shall be deemed to have forfeited the prize.
