The Sponsor is Swisse Wellness Pty Ltd, ABN 62 004 926 005, located at 11 Cambridge St, Collingwood, VIC 3066 (Sponsor).
This offer is open to Australian residents who are members of Priceline’s loyalty program, Sister Club. Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Participants under the age of 18 must first seek permission from their parent or legal guardian.
The competition commences on Monday 24th October 2016 at 12:01am AEDST and concludes on Sunday 27th November 2016 at 11:59pm AEDST (Promotional Period).
How to enter
To enter, eligible Sister Club members must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
purchase any Swisse product from a Priceline or Priceline Pharmacy Store in Australia or via the Priceline online store at www.priceline.com.au;
visit www.priceline.com.au/swisse, input the requested details (including their Sister Club number, full name, date of birth, telephone number, residential address and valid email address);
submit the fully completed online entry form;
retain the original copy of their Priceline, Priceline Pharmacy store or Priceline online store purchase receipt for all entries as proof of purchase.
It is the responsibility of each eligible entrant to ensure that their details, including their phone number, email address and Priceline Sister Club membership details are correct and up to date.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following:
only (1) entry permitted per Qualifying Purchase (i.e. purchase of any Swisse product); and
each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
Entrant’s must enter the promotion in their own legal name and may be required to provide proof of identity, proof of age and proof of residency to verify their entry (Proof of Identity). Identification considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure to provide Proof of Identity on request may result in an entrant’s entries being deemed invalid at the Promoter’s discretion.
Entering under a false name/s may invalidate all entries. Multiple entries under different names and or different emails from the same residential address’s may also invalidate all entries at the Promoter’s discretion, unless all original itemised receipts can be produced.
The winning entry will all be drawn at random at Oxygen Marketing, 117 Wellington St, St Kilda VIC 3182 on Tuesday 29th November 2016 at 11:00am AEDST.
Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database, not the time of transmission by the entrant.
The winner will be notified via email and phone within 2 days of the draw. The name of the winner will be published at https://www.priceline.com.au/priceline-policies/past-competition-winners on 1 December 2016. If the winner does not supply a name, phone number or email address or they are incorrect, then the winner will be disqualified and a new winner will be drawn.
The Promoters may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
If any of the prizes are not claimed by 9.00am AEDST on Tuesday 28 February 2017, the winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct further draws at 11.00am AEDST on the Tuesday 28 February 2017 at the same location as the original draw as are necessary to distribute the prize, subject to any written directions given by the relevant gaming authorities. The winner of the unclaimed draw will be notified via email and phone. The name of the winner will be published on www.priceline.com.au/swisse on Thursday 2 March 2017.
Prize
The winner will receive a trip for two (2) people to New York, United States of America. The Prize includes:
Two (2) return economy flights from the winner’s nearest Australian capital city to New York, United States of America (valued at up to AUD$2,100 per person, total AUD$4,200);
Five (5) nights’ accommodation in New York, minimum four (4) star accommodation in one (1) twin share room (valued at to AUD$1,600 per person, total AUD$3,200);
Transfers to and from JKK Airport and the accommodation (valued at AUD$660 total);
AUD $10,000 spending money
The Sponsor will facilitate the distribution and fulfilment of the prize.
Prize must be taken by 17th December 2017 and is subject to booking and flight availability. If the winner fails to take trip by this deadline the major prize will be forfeited. Oxygen Marketing will contact the prize winner to book travel on the winner’s behalf. During the entire duration of the prize, a nominated parent/guardian must accompany any person under 18 years of age. The winner and his/her travel companions must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. Itinerary to be determined by the Promoters in their absolute discretion. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. The winner may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in.
The winner must be able to legally obtain a visa to travel to the USA at their own cost. If the winner cannot be granted a Visa to enter the USA the total major prize including all elements will be forfeited and a new major prize winner will be drawn. The Winner and their travelling companion must each hold a valid passport with at least six (6) months validity at the time of departure in order to redeem the Prize. Obtaining all travel documents such as passports, visas etc. and compliance with any health or other requirements for entry into the travel destinations forming part of the Prize (including any country en route and for return to Australia) is the responsibility of the Winner and their travelling companion. The winner must also obtain at their own expense valid travel insurance for the travel period, and provide to the Promoter a copy of policy in writing. Failure to provide the Promoter with proof of travel insurance totally indemnifies the Promoter from any and all claims for any losses or costs incurred by the winner that would have been covered by travel insurance.
Unless expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, all other expenses are the responsibility of the winners (and their companion) including but not limited to current passports, visas, meals, spending money above AUD$10,000, transport to and from departure and arrival points, drinks, incidentals, mini-bar, laundry, room service, telephone calls, activities, gratuities, services charges, travel insurance, pre and post accommodation, optional activities or excursions and all other ancillary costs.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any eligible entrant where the Promoter believes that the entry or the entry process has been tampered with or where any entry has been submitted not in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any lost, late, misdirected claims or correspondence due to incorrect entrant information or technical difficulties.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any variation in the value of the Prizes from the time of printing promotional materials.
The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not be able to participate in the promotion. All personal information collected will be dealt with in accordance with Australian privacy laws and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at www.priceline.com.au. The Promoter will not disclose this information to anyone other than contractors who provide services to the Promoter for the purposes of conducting this promotion (including but not limited to Oxygen Marketing) unless compelled or permitted by law. The contact details of the winning entry may be passed onto a third party (including but not limited to the Sponsor) for prize notification and fulfilment.
If the prize is unavailable, the Promoters, in their discretion, reserve the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice, to cancel, modify or suspend these terms and/or this promotion in whole or in part for any reason, including, but not limited to in the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties or if the integrity of the Promotion is compromised, subject to any written directions from the various lottery departments and without liability to the participant.
The prize (including any unused portion of the prize) cannot be assigned, transferred, redeemed for cash, varied or substituted except by the Promoter who may at their sole discretion, subject to the relevant state authorities, substitute any prize with one of comparable value if the advertised prize is or becomes unavailable for any reason. The Promoter will not replace any lost or stolen prizes, or take responsibility for any broken products in the delivery of the product or after it has been delivered. It is not the responsibility of the Promoter to insure any products.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event that they are a winner (inc. photograph, film, and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited time without notice or remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition.
