2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who are available to travel to Perth on 02/01/2019 and return from Perth on 05/01/2019 to participate in the prize (if selected as the winner).
3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
4. Promotion commences at 12:00am AEDST on 26/11/2018 and ends at 11:59pm AEDST on 19/12/2018 (“Promotional Period”). There will be one (1) prize awarded at the end of the Promotional Period.
5. To enter, individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:

b) follow the prompts to the competition entry form;
c) input the requested details into the entry form as prompted (including their full name and a valid email address and confirm they can travel on the proposed dates should they be deemed the winner);
d) state in 25 words or less “your favourite electrifying moment in competition tennis”(“Competition Question”); and then
e) submit the fully completed entry form.
By entering this promotion and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, entrants agree to receive Jaguar Australia marketing communications.
6. Each entrant warrants to the Promoter that any content submitted in their entry is an original creative work of the entrant that does not infringe the rights of any third party. Entries that contain prohibited or inappropriate content, or are otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions will not be eligible to win.
7. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
8. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.

Each entry will be individually judged based on the originality, literary merit and creative merit of the response submitted and how well it encapsulates the Competition Question. The judges may select additional reserve entries, which they determine to be the next best, and record them in order of merit, in case of an invalid entry or ineligible entrant.
The winner will be judged at Jaguar Land Rover, Level 1, 189 O'Riordan Street, Mascot, 2020, NSW, Australia, at 09:00am AEDST on 20/12/2018. The judges may select additional reserve entries which they determine to be the next best, and record them in order, in case of an invalid entry or ineligible entrant.
12. The winner will be notified by email or telephone.
13. The best entry from all valid entries received as determined by the judges, will win the prize of a Hopman Cup experience for two (2) adults, valued at up to AUD$6,250. Prize includes:
• Return economy airfares from the winner’s nearest Australian capital city to Perth, for two (2) adults (only provided if winner resides outside of Perth. If the winner is from Perth then the prize does not include airfares and the airfare component of the prize is not redeemable for cash);
• Three (3) nights 4-star accommodation for two (2) adults, single room (double bed or twin share) (chosen/booked by Promoter) in Perth;
• Airport transfers to and from hotel;
• Tickets for two (2) adults to attend two (2) Hopman Cup games, on the selected dates between 02/01/2019 and 05/01/2019 (exact games to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion);
• Opportunity for two (2) adults to participate in a one hour Master Class tennis session with Asleigh Barty on 03/01/2019 (subject to availability).
14. Spending money, meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, passports, transport to and from departure point, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included. Prize must be taken on 02/01/2019 with return flights on 05/01/2019 to coincide with the Hopman Cup. The winner and his/her companion must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. Itinerary to be determined by the Promoter in agreement with the winner but in the event that agreement cannot be reached, the Promoter reserves the right to determine the itinerary. The winner and his/her companion are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any requisite visas, vaccinations and travel documentation. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. The winner may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in.
15. If for any reason the winner does not take the prize (or an element of a prize) at/by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.
16. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
17. The Master Class awarded as part of the prize provides the winner and his/her companion with an opportunity to meet Ashleigh Barty, and an opportunity to have a one hour “Master Class” tennis lesson with her. These elements of the prize are not guaranteed and are subject to the goodwill of Ashleigh Barty on the day. The Promoter accepts no responsibility and will not offer any alternative in the event that these elements of the prize cannot be offered for any reason.
18. Total prize pool value is up to AUD$6,250.
19. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
