Information on how to enter and prizes form
part of these conditions. Entry into this competition
is deemed as acceptance of these conditions.
2. Entry is open to all Australian residents except
employees and their immediate families of the
Promoters and their associated companies and agencies.
3. Competition commences Monday 26th March 2018.
Competition closes Friday 7th December 2018.

5. The Promoter of the competition is BON FOOD PTY LTD,
4 Bruthen St. Preston Victoria. 3072. ABN 60081068 064.
Ph: (03) 9495 8200. Hereafter referred to as “The Promoter”.
6. A valid entry must include an original completed entry
form available from participating retail outlets together
with 8 Divella “Trullo” tokens found on the back of any
Divella product package.
7. There is no limit to the number of individual entries that
can be submitted in individual envelopes from one nominated
person/entrant. Each entry must be submitted in a separate
envelope with an authorized entry form and 8 original “Trulli”
tokens.This is most important as winners are decided by
drawing individual envelopes. Envelopes submitted/received
containing entry forms from multiple nominated persons /
entrants will be declared invalid because the Promoter cannot
decide on a winner between different entrants contained in
the same envelope.
8. Photocopied “Trullo” logos / tokens will not be accepted.
9. Entries that are illegible, incorrectly completed, incomplete
or received after the closing date will be declared void.
Printing and other quality control errors will not invalidate
an otherwise valid prize claim.
10. No responsibility will be taken for entries not received.
11. Unless otherwise advised by the entrant,
information contained on the entries may be entered into a
database and the promoter and other competition sponsors
may use the information for research, promotional and
marketing purposes. Please contact the Promoter on
9495 8200 if you don’t want this information used for
these purposes.
12. Unless otherwise advised by the entrant, information
contained on the entries will be used exclusively by the
promoter and other competition sponsors and will not be
provided to any other parties.
13. All entries will be decided by a random draw.
Draw will take place at 10am at the office of the Promoter
on Monday 10th December 2018. The winners’ names will
be published in The Herald Sun and Il Globo newspapers on
Thursday 13 December 2018.
14. All winners will be notified by direct phone and mail within
7 days of the draw. Entrants must be able to be contacted
on the telephone number and address included in the entry
form. All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the
prize winners within 7 days of the draw.
15. In the event that any winners of the first draw are unable
to be contacted within 3 months of the draw, any unclaimed
prizes will be awarded in a further draw to be conducted at
10am on Monday 11 March 2019 at the office of the
Promoter. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. The winners’
names of the redraw will be published in The Herald Sun
and Il Globo newspapers on Thursday 14th March 2019.
16. The 1st valid entry drawn will win the 1st prize consisting
of return economy airfares for 2 people to any European
capital city plus a total of AUD $2000 spending money.
The 1st prize pool is valued at up to $7000.
The AUD$2000 spending money will be provided in a
cheque. All flight-associated taxes, fees or levies will be
borne by the Promoter. Meals, accommodation, visas and
ancillary costs associated with redeeming the 1st prize
and additional spending money are not included. Travel
from the winner’s place of residence to airport is the
responsibility of the winner. Guardian consent is required
before awarding the prizes to a person under the age
of 18 and such a person must be accompanied by an adult
on the trip. The 2 airfares must be taken together on the
same departing and returning flights. The 2 airfares cannot
be taken separately on neither the departing nor returning
flights. Flights are subject to availability and in the event
of circumstances beyond the control of the promoters,
the Promoter reserves the right to substitute trip details.
The flights must be taken by 31 December 2019.
17. The 2nd valid entry drawn will win the 2nd prize
in the form of a FLIGHT CENTRE gift card.
The second prize pool is valued at AUD$2000.
18. The 3rd valid entry drawn will win the 3rd prize
in the form of a THE GOOD GUYS gift card.
The third prize pool is valued at AUD $500.
19. Total prizes valued at a RRP of AUD $9,500. Prize values
include GST wherever applicable. Prizes are not
transferrable or exchangeable and no portion can be
taken as cash.
20. Second and third prizes must be redeemed before
30 June 2019, unless the Promoter provides written
consent to have this date extended.
21. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence
will be entered into.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes
of a similar replacement type and value should the
prizes mentioned become unavailable.
23. To the extent permitted by the law, the promoter will
not be liable for any loss or damage which is suffered
(including but not limited to indirect or consequential
loss or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained
as a result of taking and/or use of the prize.
