The promotion is open to residents of Australia only. Entrants under the age of 18 must obtain consent from a parent or guardian to participate. Employees, directors, and their immediate families of the Promoter, Culture Kings retailers, Sony Pictures Releasing Pty Ltd, Performance Entertainment Pty Ltd, and their respective related companies are ineligible to enter.

The promotion ends at 11:59 pm AEST on 3 November 2024.

To enter the promotion, participants must purchase at least one item of Goat Crew x Venom apparel from the Culture Kings online store during the promotion period. Each purchased item provides one entry into the draw. There is no limit to the number of entries per person.

The winner will receive a 5-night trip for two to Las Vegas, which includes: - Two economy class return flights from the winner's nearest capital city to Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. - Five nights' accommodation at Caesars Palace for two people in a twin share room. - An all-terrain vehicle (ATV) adventure tour of the McCullough Mountain Range, Hidden Valley, and the Roach Dry Lakebed. - A VIP shopping experience at Culture Kings Las Vegas, including a tour of the Secret Room with rare 1-of-1 pieces, a tour of the Vault, an exclusive private studio tour, exclusive Culture Kings not-for-sale merchandise, and a USD $1,000.00 Culture Kings store credit to be spent in-store. - AUD $1,000.00 spending money. The total prize value is up to AUD $12,000, depending on the point of departure.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. The winner or their companion must be over 18 years of age to claim the prize. The prize must be booked within 45 days of claiming and taken by 28 October 2025, with certain blackout periods. The winner and companion are responsible for all additional costs, such as passport and visa fees, insurance, and incidental expenses. The ATV tour requires riders to be at least 16 years old, and under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
