Australian Premiere of Halloween
The following terms and conditions apply for all general contests and promotions in Grant Broadcasters
The Campus program. These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with Grant Broadcasters Network
General Contest Rules. Where there is any inconsistency, these terms and conditions will prevail.

Active dates – Monday 8 October – Thursday 18th October 5pm
1. METHOD OF ENTRY
Listeners will be invited to visit the Halloween win page of their local station website to enter the nominated
contest. The contestant will then go through to the major prize draw.
2. THE PRIZE
Return airfares from nearest major city to Sydney, overnight accommodation in Sydney, transfers from
Sydney airport to hotel return and from hotel to Premiere and return.
Prize only valid for event Tuesday 23rd October 2018
3. SELECTION OF WINNERS
A winner will be randomly drawn on Friday 19th October and will be phoned or emailed to be notified.
4. INDEMNITY
All contestants release from, and indemnify GRANT BROADCASTERS against, all liability, cost, loss or
expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not
limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential,
foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
5. ENTRY CONDITIONS.
Employees and their immediate families of are ineligible to enter. Employees and their immediate families
of all associated sponsors and participating companies are also ineligible to enter.
If after winners announcement a breach of eligibility is discovered, the prize will not be awarded.
6. SPECIAL CONDITIONS
Prize is non transferable or redeemable for cash, and only available on dates indicated
Flights to Sydney must be taken Tuesday October 23 and return Wednesday October 24 from nearest
major city
Accommodation is one night only for 2 adults on Tuesday October 23 only in either a double or twin room,
location TBC
At least one person (winner) travelling must be 18 years or over. If the winner is under 18 then his/her
guest must be his/her parent or guardian.
Tickets are non-transferable (i.e. no name changes allowed). Once tickets are issued, they are nonendorsable
and non-transferable.
Any alterations to confirmed flights and/or accommodation and/or scheduling arrangements will be at the
expense of the winner and their travelling companions. All components of the Prize must be fulfilled at the
same time and they cannot be split across different time periods.
Flights are economy class and may be indirect. The airline’s Conditions of Carriage apply to all flights. The
Winner and travelling companions must travel at the same time and are responsible for transport from their
residence to their nearest Capital City Airport in Australia. These conditions apply for all flights.
Airline, flight route and dates of travel are subject to the promoter’s absolute and final decision
Any changes by the winner made to the specified prize package (including travel extensions, additional
guests, etc) will be subject to an administration fee of $250, which must be settled in full prior to booking
confirmation.
Prize consists only of the elements set out in these Terms and Conditions, no other elements or expenses
(including, without limitation, insurance, meals, unspecified ground transportation, phone calls, gratuities,
incidentals, souvenirs, fuel etc.) are included in the Prize (except as set out above) and all such expenses
are the sole responsibility of the Travelling Party.
If winner elects to partake in any or all portions of his/her prize with no guest, the prize will be awarded to
winner and any remainder of the Prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative
compensation.
6. ALTERATION OF CONTEST SPOTS.
Grant Broadcasters reserves the right to alter or drop contest hours from the competition or change contest
conditions in any or all markets due to changed programming conditions in the event of a natural disaster
or for any other unforeseeable reason.
