Entrants must be Brisbane residents unless otherwise stipulated. The promoter’s choice of winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prize is valid subject to availability. Must be 18 years or over. Prize is to be redeemed and travel completed on the dates specified on the prize description. Shangri-La Hotel Sydney prize must be redeemed by 31 December 2022. Holiday Inn Darling Harbour prize must be redeemed by 28 March 2023. Captain Cook cruises can only be redeemed during Vivid Event between 27 May and 18 June 2022. If hotel is booked outside of the event dates the cruise(s) will be forfeited. Prizes are non-refundable or exchangeable for cash in part or whole. No alternative prize can be supplied to the winner if the winner is unable to travel on the dates specified and the prize will be forfeited. Winner and their twin share companion must be 18 years or over. The accommodation does not allow for more than 2 guests in a room twin share. Airfares are not included. The prize supplier is not responsible for any changes to Vivid cruise departures. The following are not included as part of the prize unless expressly stated on the prize description: all other out of pocket expenses including airfares, accommodation, airport transfers, travel to wharf where cruise departs, meals, beverages, laundry services, spending money, transfers, additional accommodation due to flight schedules, optional excursions, tipping, passports, visas, travel insurance and all other ancillary costs not expressly provided. The costs of obtaining any of these requirements are the responsibility of the prize winner and their travel companion. All taxes payable, airline and government are the responsibility of the prize winner. Winner can redeem the prize by calling My Holiday on 1300 642 642 using the code provided on the prize voucher.
