Entry is only open to NSW, ACT, VIC, SA, WA and QLD residents aged 18 years or over who are small business owners or an authorised agent or affiliate on behalf (and with permission) of a small business owner (“Authorised Representatives”). Entrants must be within the Promoter’s trading terms throughout the Promotional Period (defined below) and must not have overdue monies owing, as at 23/11/2014, in order to be eligible to claim any prize.
To be eligible to enter, an Authorised Representative must register for the Promotion by visiting www.allianz.com.au/business/small-business-insurance/, following the prompts to the Promotion registration page, inputting the requested details, including but not limited to their full name and valid email address (or in the case of authorised agents or affiliates, including but not limited to their full name and valid email address as well as the full name and valid email address of the small business owner for whom they are entering on behalf of), reading and accepting the Terms and Conditions by selecting the relevant tick-box and submitting the fully completed registration form during the Promotional Period.
To enter, the Authorised Representative must then apply for and receive an Allianz Small Business Insurance policy quote via www.allianz.com.au/business/small-business-insurance/ during the Promotional Period. If the Promoter advises the Authorised Representative that it cannot provide an Allianz Small Business Insurance policy quote for that particular business, the Authorised Representative will not be eligible to enter the Promotion.

Entrants will have the opportunity to gain an additional entry by agreeing to opt-in to receive further communication from the Promoter. Each entrant who agrees to opt-in by ticking the relevant “I would like to receive relevant offer information from Allianz” box at the time of entry will be awarded with one (1) additional entry.
Only one (1) initial entry and one (1) additional entry permitted per person.
The first valid entry drawn will win their choice of either:
• A Volkswagen Golf GTI 5 door hatch with automatic transmission valued at up to AU$43,774.80, including registration, compulsory third party insurance, stamp duty and dealer delivery charges (which may vary state by state); OR
• A Volkswagen Amarok TDI420 Highline Dual Cab with automatic transmission valued at up to AU$54,738.78 including, registration, compulsory third party insurance, stamp duty and dealer delivery charges (which may vary state by state).
Additional insurance, options, petrol and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner. The Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, accommodate the winner’s colour preference (excluding metallic options), subject to availability. The winner must collect the prize from an authorised Volkswagen dealership (determined by the Promoter), in their nearest capital city.
Total prize pool value is up to AU$54,738.78. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
