By participating in the Win Pho for A Year competition, each participant agrees to the terms and conditions below.

By entering this competition you are subscribing to the Commune Group and Hanoi Hannah newsletter database.
The competition commences at 9:00 (AEDT) on Thursday 8 October 2020 and closes at 11:59 (AEDT) on Friday 23 October 2020.
Winner of this competition will be notified via email to their nominated email address by 4:00PM (AEDT) on Monday 26 October 2020.
In this email the winner will be sent instructions to redeem their pho(s) at our participating venues.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be sold, exchanged for cash.
1 winner is eligible to redeem 365 x bowls of pho over a period of 1 year commencing Tuesday 27 October 2020 to Tuesday 25 October 2021.
If the winner cannot be contacted, the Promotor has the right to select a new winner.
The Promotor reserves the right to alter the rules of the competition at any time.
Entry is open to Victorian residents.
