Entry is open to anyone, aged 18 and over, excluding employees of Rabbie’s Trail Burners Limited (the “Promoter”), their immediate families, or any third party professionally associated with the competition, and any person where entering this competition breaches any law or regulation of the jurisdiction in which they are resident.
The closing date for entries is 30th June 2017 at 23:59 GMT. Entries submitted after this time will not be valid.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, malfunction or failure of any kind.
The competition is free to enter – no purchase is necessary. By entering the competition, you agree to receive the Rabbie’s email newsletter. This is free to receive, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
The main prize is unlimited Rabbie’s tours for a year with up to 30 days’ accommodation included, for two people sharing a room. All tours will be subject to our standard terms and conditions. Accommodation will be B&B ensuite or, if unavailable, B&B standard rooms. Accommodation is subject to availability. The maximum value of the accommodation, which is included, is £3,000 and therefore the winner may receive less than 30 days’ accommodation if the value of accommodation on the chosen tours exceeds this amount. The winner will be responsible for paying any excess amount. All tours must be taken between 1st January 2018 and 31st December 2018.
The runner up prizes are a West Coast Explorer - 3-day tour for two, Stonehenge, Glastonbury, Bath & the South West Coast - 3-day tour for two, and a Magical Mull, Isle of Iona & West Highlands - 4-day tour for two. These prizes will be drawn separately. Runner up prizes do not include accommodation. Tours must be taken between 1st January 2018 and 31st December 2018.
Only one prize can be won per person.
The prizes do not include the cost of travel to the departure point for the tour, travel insurance, any additional meals or spending money or any travel visas required.
The prizes are strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
The prizes are subject to availability at the time of booking.
After being contacted, the winners must claim the prizes directly with the Promoter by responding by email to marketing@rabbies.com within five working days of being contacted. If the prize is not claimed, a new winner will be contacted. Booking tours must be done through telephone or email.
The winners are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any required visas, travel insurance, vaccinations and travel documentation.
The winners will be chosen by random draw, performed by a computer process, from all those who entered and will be notified by email by the Promoter in July 2017.
The winners will be publicly announced through email and social media.
Only one entry per person will be permitted.
The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition and any of the prizes in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value.
Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoter shall not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate winners or accept liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up any prize except where caused by the negligence of the Promoter or those for whom it is responsible at law. The statutory rights of entrants are not affected.
This competition shall be governed by the laws of Scotland and entrants to the competition submit to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
The winners agree that Rabbie’s representatives may take photographs, sound recordings and video recordings of you while you are a passenger. These may be used in Rabbie’s advertising and publicity material (including social media) without obtaining any further consent or payment in respect of such photographs and/or films.
Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or to refuse to award a prize, to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
