Entry is open to Australian residents only. If the winner of the prize is under 18, the prize will be awarded to their parents/guardians.

The cruise and flights must be booked by 30/03/2019.
All other incidental costs, including transfers to and from the winners home to the airport and/or cruise port, any costs related to passports, visas, taxes and surcharges, travel insurance, additional meals, beverages & optional cruise excursions (all meals onboard the ship are included) and gratuities will be the sole responsibility of the winner.
The prize must be taken as offered and is not exchangeable, transferable, redeemable for cash or able to be taken in part.
Once the cruise booking is confirmed and ticketed, cancellation charges apply and will be the sole responsibility of the winner.
Airline and departure day and time of the flights will be allocated at the sole discretion of the prize supplier.
Maximum Total Prize Pool valued at $7,459. Total prize pool may vary depending on flight requirements.
The winner of the prize must be 18 years or older.
No extension of the validity date of this prize will be permitted. The promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if the promoter determines, in their absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize.
In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
In consideration for the Promoter awarding the prize to the winner, the winner hereby assigns to the Promoter all right, title and interest in and to all copyright in any material created pursuant to the winner’s participation in any aspect of the prize (Works). The winner acknowledges that the Promoter is free to use the Works and to exercise its rights in relation thereto and the winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.

Should an entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to Promoter.
The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the entrant or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
To the full extent permitted by the law, the Promoters exclude liability for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever suffered or sustained (including, but not limited to direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage, loss of opportunity, revenue or profit) arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this promotion or prize.
If any prize or any part of a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoters’ control, the Promoters will endeavour but are not obliged to provide a substitute prize of equivalent or greater value, subject to State Regulation.

If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. The winner/s must claim the prize by February 5, 2019 by replying to the notification email or confirming via phone. You must present your prize letter at the time of booking to redeem your prize. The value of this prize, itinerary and inclusions are correct at time of printing and subject to change at any time. Any change to the prize between the publishing date and the date the prize is claimed is not the responsibility of the promoter(s).
Entries close at 11:45 pm AEDT January 25, 2019. One (1) entry will be selected at 10:00am on January 29, 2019, from all entries. The prize is non-negotiable, and may not be replaced or refunded.
Entrants can only enter the competition once. Prize-winner will be notified by Cruise Passenger on January 29, 2019. The winner will be contacted by either email or phone. They will be notified by mail and/or email no later than one week following the prize draw. Results will be published on https://cruisepassenger.com.au/competitions/. This promotion does not involve a round in which players are eliminated.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for:
(i) inaccurate / incorrect transcription of entry information;
(ii) purported entries that are not received for any reason, including because they are lost, misdirected or stolen, or that are received, but are late, illegible, incomplete, or sent other than as directed in the entry instructions;

(v) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the competition;
(ii) (vi) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the competition;
(vii) any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to a prize winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying a winner; or
(viii) any injury or damage to persons or property, including to the participant’s or any other person’s computer related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading any materials in this competition;
