Submission of an entry constitutes acceptance of these Conditions. Entries not completed in accordance with these Conditions will be ineligible.3. The Competition is open to anyone, excluding Employees of the Promoter and Activity Pack Prize Sponsors and their immediate families.4. The Competition commences on 12 July 2019 and concludes at 11.59pm NZDT on 16 August 2019 (Competition Period).5. The winner will be selected by random electronic selection from all entries. Winners will be notified by email.7. To be eligible to win the Prize, entrants must have completed the entry form at hakatours.com/about-us/heliski-promo, including entering a valid name and email address. Entrants must confirm acceptance of these Conditions in order for the entry to be valid.8. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter‘s database.9. The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or negotiable and are not redeemable for cash.10. If you've already booked a Haka Tour or are planning to, you can still enter the prize draw and if you’re selected as the lucky winner, we’ll refund the cost of your tour up to the value of the base tour cost of a 16 day Amplified Tour - $2999NZD.11. The Prize is as follows: 1 x 16-day Amplified NZ Tour with Haka Tours, valued at $2999 + an Activity Pack including ten add-on activities, valued at over $1000 – activities include Cathedral Cove Kayaking Half Day Tour (Coromandel), Hobbiton Movie Set Tour (Matamata), White Water Rafting (Rotorua), Sunset Sailing Experience (Lake Taupo), Tongariro Crossing (Taupo), Dolphin Encounter (Kaikoura), Nomad 4WD Safari (Queenstown), The Ledge Bungy (Queenstown), Shotover Jetboat Experience (Queenstown), and Quad Bike Experience (Franz Josef).12. The Prize Tour must be redeemed by 30 April 2020, and is redeemable on Haka Tours standard scheduled departures and subject to Haka Tours standard tour terms and conditions. The Prize Tour is the base tour cost only and does not include international flights, pre and post tour accommodation, or any other optional activities or expenses not detailed in the tour itinerary or included in the bonus activity pack. The ten activities included in the activity pack are subject to availability and to the individual activity operators standard operating terms and conditions and can only be redeemed whilst on tour. If you are unable to redeem any of the activities whilst on tour due to adverse weather, or any other circumstances, you will not be eligible for any compensation.13. The 16-day tour itinerary is subject to change, and you have the option of extending your tour to a longer tour at your own expense.14. Only one entry per person with a valid and unique email address will be accepted, however participants may choose to increase their chances of winning by sharing the competition with friends. One additional point will be awarded to an entrant each time this activity results in a competition entry, with each point amounting to one additional entry into the competition draw.15. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries at any time during or after the Promotion, and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant (and entries submitted by that entrant) for tampering with the entry process, including but not limited to submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Conditions. Prizes will only be awarded to the winner following any validation and verification that the Promoter requires in its sole discretion. Failure of the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.16. After announcing the winner Haka Tours will contact the winner by email. The winner will have a further 5 days to respond confirming their acceptance of their prize.
