Thanks to Australian Pears, one of Australia’s most celebrated chefs, Justin North, owner of the award-winning restaurant B�casse, is preparing a rare delight for five lucky winners. You could join him for a private cooking class at Simon Johnson’s Provisores market store Ralph St Alexandria, Sydney, where you’ll learn to prepare his specialised pear salad.
