Terms and conditions
1. Information on how to enter this promotion and prize details form part of these terms and
conditions of entry (Terms). Entry into the promotion is deemed upon acceptance of these
Terms.
2. The promoter is QBE Insurance (Australia) Limited ABN 78 003 191 035 of Level 5, 2 Park
Street Sydney 2000 (promoter).
3. The promotion will be open from 9.00am (AEST) on Monday, 30 April 2018 and will run
through to 5.00pm on Friday, 11 May 2018 (AEST).
4. Entry is open to all residents of Australia. Entrants under the age of 18, as of the date of
entry, must obtain the prior permission of their parent or guardian to enter. By entering this
competition, the parent or guardian confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions on
behalf of the entrant. The entrant’s parent or guardian may be called to verify their consent
and may be required to sign a release at the discretion of the Promoter. The release may
also require the entrant’s parent or guardian to accept responsibility for the acts and
forbearances of the entrant. The release must be completed with the full name, address and
telephone number of the entrant’s parent or guardian. Failure to provide such proof,
particulars or releases will immediately invalidate the entrant’s entitlement to any prize,
subject to State and Territory legislation.
5. It’s a condition of entry that winners and their guests consent to be filmed, photographed or
interviewed in relation to the Swans360 virtual reality experience and may be required to
complete an additional release form before watching the experience.
6. Employees, contractors and officers of the promoter and companies associated with this
promotion and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Immediate family means
any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or step child (whether natural
or by adoption), parent, step parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece,
nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister or 1st cousin.
7. There will be four (4) major winners and one hundred and twenty-five (125) runner up prize
winners selected at random by QBE Australia.
8. To enter the promotion, entrants must fill in their details on the entry form on the QBE
Sydney Swans360 website during the promotional period.
9. The major winners will each win a VIP viewing of the Swans360 virtual reality experience,
two (2) QBE Clubroom tickets with food and beverages to R9 Sydney Swans v Fremantle on
Saturday, 19 May at 7.25pm (AEST) at the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG) and two (2) Sydney
Swans merchandise packs. Interstate winners (maximum one (1) winner) will receive two (2)
economy Return Flights from winner’s nearest capital city to Sydney and one (1) night’s
NSW permit number LTPS/18/23754

twin-share accommodation (minimum four (4) star). No transfers are included; winners must
make their own way to and from the SCG/airport.
10. The runner up prize winners will each be sent one (1) QBE VR cardboard google to view the
Swans360 virtual reality experience.
11. The total prize pool is valued at $4,350 (including GST).
12. Maximum of one (1) entry per person is permitted.
13. Winners will be drawn on Monday, 14 May 2018 and notified via SMS (from QBE) and email
(from marketing@qbe.com) on Monday, 14 May 2018.
14. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods and services.
15. The promoter shall not be liable for any prize that may be lost, stolen, forged, damaged or
tampered with in any way before it reaches the winner.
16. Any eligible entrant who in the opinion of the promoter does not properly comply with the
entry process will be ineligible to win.
17. Entry details, including personal information provided by participants, remain the property
of the promoter. The promoter collects participants’ personal information in order to
conduct the promotion. It is a condition of this promotion that this information is provided.
By entering the promotion the participant agrees that the promoter may use this
information in any media for future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes without
any further reference, payment or other compensation to the participant. For more
information about how the promoter may use participants’ personal information, please
refer to the promoter’s privacy policy, which is available from the promoter.
18. The promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the promotion are final and binding on
each person who enters and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. The promoter will not be liable to any loss of damage whatsoever (including but not limited
to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury which is suffered or sustained in
connection with this promotion or as a result of accepting any prize, except for any liability
which cannot be excluded by law.
