When can you enter?

The promotion starts on 10th July 2021 at 10:00 AM AEST and ends on 18th September 2021 at 11:59 PM AEST (“promotion period").

Who can enter?

Entry is only open to those who sign up at https://gleam.io/5Z5rJ/shoot-your-shot-win-an-nvidia-graphic-card and are 16 years of age as of the date of entry. The trade promotion is only open to legal residents of Australia and is void where prohibited by law. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of Fortress Esports (the "Sponsor") are not eligible to participate in the trade promotion. The trade promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

How do you enter?

To enter the promotion you must, during the promotion period, submit a creative and original screenshot from any video game photo mode via the online form provided at https://gleam.io/5Z5rJ/shoot-your-shot-win-an-nvidia-graphic-card
Entries will then be voted on by the public using the gallery
Only one winner will be selected.
Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed to be invalid. We may also disqualify entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions.
Your entry must not contain offensive or defamatory comments, breach any law or infringe any third party rights, including intellectual property rights. You grant us a royalty free, perpetual and irrevocable licence to use, modify, adapt and publish your entry. In particular, we may use your entry for promotional and marketing purposes.
Judging of entries
Throughout the promotion period, entries will be voted on by members of the public via WEBSITE. The 20 entries with the most votes will be submitted to Rudeism for judging.
Judging will take place after the completion of the promotion. The winner will be selected based on two judging criteria (listed below) and judged by Rudeism. The votes that the entries receive will only determine which screenshots are put forward for judging and will not play a part in choosing the final winner.
Judging criteria are:

Originality – which entry was the most original?

Creativity – which entry was the most creative?

Rudeism’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
The prize
The winner will receive 1 x NVIDIA GeForce RTX™ 3080. The prize is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash.
Notification of the winner
The winner will be notified live on broadcast via twitch.tv/fortressmelb and via email within 14 days of the promotion ending.The winner’s name may be published on Fortress Melbourne's digital channels at Fortress Esports’ discretion. Fortress Esports will request contact details from the winner in order to send the prize out.
Supply of an alternative prize
If we are unable to provide the winner with the prize (or part of the prize), we will supply an alternative prize (or part of the prize) of similar monetary value (including a cash prize). We will select an alternative prize at our sole discretion.
If a prize is not claimed
Fortress Melbourne shall have no liability for a Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for a Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 28 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected from the entries received. The Winner of the trade promotion will be published on the Sponsor’s social media (twitch, facebook, instagram and gleam). Receipt of the prize offered in this Campaign by the Winner is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any violation of official rules by the Winner at the Sponsor's sole discretion will result in the Winner's disqualification as Winner, and all privileges as Winner will be immediately terminated.
Suspension, cancellation, modification or termination of the promotion
If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are not able to conduct the promotion as anticipated, we may suspend, modify, terminate or cancel the promotion unless to do so would be prohibited by law.
For promotions on social media channels
The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Twitter. In submitting an entry, you are providing your information to us and not to Instagram or Twitter. You release Instagram and Twitter completely from all liability that may arise in relation to the conduct of the promotion.
Rights Granted by the Entrant
By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), You understand and agree that Fortress Melbourne and anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsor or its respective licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
By entering this content, you represent and warrant that your entry is an original work of authorship, and does not violate any third party’s proprietary or intellectual property rights. If your entry infringes upon the intellectual property right of another, you will be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If the content of your entry is claimed to constitute infringement of any proprietary or intellectual proprietary rights of any third party, you shall, at your sole expense, defend or settle against such claims. You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fortress Esports from and against any suit, proceeding, claims, liability, loss, damage, costs or expense, which Fortress Esports may incur, suffer, or be required to pay arising out of such infringement or suspected infringement of any third party’s right.
