What happens if the prize is unclaimed?
If a prize remains unclaimed by Thursday, 5th November 2026 at 5 PM AEST, it will be forfeited, and a reserve winner will be contacted on Friday, 6th November 2026. The reserve winner's details will be updated on the website by Monday, 9th November 2026.
