Who can enter the Beerenberg Slow Cooker Competition 2023?
The competition is open to residents of Australia only. Employees of The Beerenberg Family Farm and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the company or its partners in the delivery of the competition are ineligible to enter.
When can one enter the competition?
The competition opens on the 19th of July 2023 and closes on the 10th of August 2023. The winner will be announced on the 11th of August 2023.
How can one enter the competition?
Entry is free and must be submitted online only. Only one entry per email address will be accepted. By entering this competition, entrants agree to receive information and marketing communications from The Beerenberg Family Farm and Russell Hobbs. They can unsubscribe at any time.
What is the prize of the competition?
The prize is valued at $268.35. There is only one prize available to be won. The prize winner agrees to the use of their name and address suburb for publicity and competition purposes, without compensation. The prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers.
What is the total worth of the prize?
The total worth of the prize is $268.35.
What happens if an entrant breaches the competition conditions?
The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the competition. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
Can the terms of the competition be changed?
Yes, the promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
