Entry is automatic with each qualifying order, and there is no limit on the number of separate qualifying orders. The winner will be contacted by True Protein's customer experience team by 5:00 PM AEST on Friday, 18 September 2026. Notification will be made via the email or phone number provided with the qualifying order.
What happens if the prize is unclaimed?
If the winner does not respond within 14 days of first contact, True Protein may conduct a redraw from the remaining valid entries, subject to any direction from the relevant state or territory authority.
