The Promoter is ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC ABN 81 148 073 858 ('ASUS') reserves the right to alter cash prizes, product offerings and specifications at any time, without notice. Offer is only open to residents of Australia. Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies (including but not limited to ASUS resellers) associated with this promotion are ineligible. The duration of this promotion is between 19th June 2014 and close of business on 9th July 2014 ("Promotional Period").
Mystery gift calendar mechanism:
    The All-in-One PC question will be released each day in Asus Australia Facebook from 19th June 2014 to 9th July 2014.
    Asus will choose the best answer for each question daily to give away the mystery gift.
    Participants, including winners, are allowed to enter multiple times throughout the promotion period, however limited to one entry per day.
    Twenty one winners in total will be generated by answering the questions.
    The prize pool consists of two (2) All-in-One PCs (major prize), and nineteen (19) minor prizes. Prizes are assigned to a mystery gift calendar for the duration of the promotion period. The prize will be released through Asus Facebook once the day's winner is generated.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for other prizes.
For prize redemption:
    The name of winners will be published on the Asus Australia Facebook.
    The promoter will notify the winners through Facebook, to obtain contact details. Promoter will send out the prize to winner by registered mail within 8 weeks after the campaign is completed on 9th July 2014. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who didn't provide accurate mailing address. PO Box address is not allowed for prize redemption.
    It is the responsibility of the claimant to provide the correct mailing address in order to receive the prize, Asus is not eligible for any damage or lost caused by logistic process or wrong mailing address.
    The Promoter's decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into.
    The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive a claim or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches.
    The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from this promotion. Independent financial advice should be sought by the claimant.

    The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. If the claimant checks the appropriate box on the online claim form, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Claimants should direct any requests to update or correct information to the Promoter. All claims become the property of the Promoter.
