The competition is open to Australian residents aged 16 or over at the time of entry. Participants under the age of 18 require parental or guardian consent. Employees, officers, agents, service providers of the Promoter, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

The competition closes at 10:00am (AEST) on 30 June 2026.

To enter the competition, participants can either: 1. Complete and submit an entry form available on the Promoter's website, choosing the applicable form based on their travel plans ("I have a trip booked" or "I don't have a trip booked") and answering the provided questions. This method allows for a maximum of one entry. 2. Purchase a new Budget Direct Travel Insurance Policy through the specified website, ensuring the policy remains active for at least 21 days, and then submit an entry form. This method allows for a maximum of ten entries (one for the entry form and nine additional entries for each policy purchased).

The prize is a cash amount of AU$20,000, awarded to one eligible participant. The prize will be delivered to the winner via electronic funds transfer.

The total prize pool amount for the competition is AU$20,000.
