By participating in the Competition, the Participant agrees to these Terms and Conditions.To participate in the Competition, the Participant must be an Eligible Person who submits an Eligible Entry during the Competition Period.There is no limit to the amount of times a Participant may enter during the Promotion Period.To enter the Competition, the Eligible Person must during the Competition Period:enter their details into an online form via westpoint.com.au, where they digitally “play and reveal” for their chance to win a Prize; andIf they are a randomly selected entry, they will be able to collect their Prize from the Customer Service Desk on Level 3 where they must show proof of ID; (“Eligible Entry”); andThe Customer Service Desk will be open during the specified Centre trading hours for Prize redemption; andif the Eligible Person is under the age of 18 years, be consented to by a parent or guardian of the Eligible Person and any relevant consent form signed where applicable.Each Eligible Person can only win one prize type during the Competition Period.The CompetitionThe Competition will be conducted online during the Competition Period. The Competition will end on expiration of the Competition Period or earlier once all Prizes have been given away.EligibilityThe Competition is only open to Eligible Persons.The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the eligibility of any Participant (including a Participant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any Participant who does not comply strictly with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. If requested by the Promoter, a Participant must provide the Promoter with evidence of eligibility. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.The PrizeThere will be four thousand seven hundred and ninety six (4796) Prizes and four thousand seven hundred and ninety six (4796) winners of a Prize (Prize Winners).If a Prize Recipient is under the age of 18 years, the parent or guardian of the Prize Recipient who gave permission for entry into the Competition will be deemed to be a Prize Recipient for the purposes of the Competition.The Prizes are not transferable, refundable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.The first four thousand seven hundred and ninety six (4796) Eligible Entries drawn at random will win a Prize.Prizes will be digitally drawn randomly during the Competition Period by Compco Retail Marketing.The Promoter will retain the Gift Cards for a period of five (5) weeks after the final prizes is drawn on 24 December 2019. The final collection date will be Friday, 31 January 2020.A Participant claiming to be a Prize Winner will be required to provide proof of identity.If despite reasonable efforts the Promoter is unable to locate or contact a Prize Winner within fourteen (14) days, after the winner is decided, another Prize Winner will be drawn at the Compco Retail Marketing Office. Any subsequent winner will be notified in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The final collection date will be Tuesday, 7 January 2020 at which point unclaimed Prizes will not be redrawn.The Prizes are subject to the conditions relating to the use of the Prize (including validity period) which can be obtained directly from the Prize provider or viewed on the Centre’s website, at the Centre Management Office or at the Customer Service Desk located on Level 3 in the Centre. Where the use of the Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of a Prize provider other than the Centre, any dispute in relation to those terms and conditions must be directed to that party and the Promoter has no responsibility for resolving such disputes.
