Win Sonic at your Birthday Party

The Sonic Birthday Competition is a game of chance organised by various shopping centres across Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, and the Australian Capital Territory. Participants have the opportunity to win a unique experience featuring a Sonic the Hedgehog meet and greet at their birthday party. The competition is promoted by several entities, including QIC Limited and Canberra Centre Investments Pty Ltd.

The prize for the Sonic Birthday Competition includes an exclusive appearance by Sonic the Hedgehog at the winner's residential birthday party for three hours, accompanied by an event host. The total prize value is up to $15,000 AUD, covering travel expenses for Sonic and the host. The event must occur within 100km of a participating centre and within 12 months of winning.

The competition closes at 11:59 PM AEDT on 11 October 2026.

To enter the competition, participants must visit the official website of any participating centre and fill out the entry form available there. Participants need to provide personal details and agree to the privacy policy and terms and conditions. Only one entry per person is allowed during the competition period.

The Sonic Birthday Competition is open to residents of the Australian Capital Territory, New South Wales, Queensland, and Victoria who are over the age of 18.

The winner is selected through a random computerised draw conducted on 13 October 2026 at 12:00 PM AEDT at QIC's office in Brisbane.

The winner will be notified by email on 13 October 2026.

If the prize is unclaimed by 27 October 2026 at 11:59 PM AEDT, an unclaimed prize redraw will occur on 28 October 2026 at 12:00 PM AEDT at QIC's office in Brisbane.

The promoter of the Sonic Birthday Competition includes various entities such as QIC Limited and Canberra Centre Investments Pty Ltd, among others, managing different participating shopping centres.
