Academy Award winning actress Emma Stone and Steve Carell serve up a fun and outrageously entertaining spectacle in BATTLE OF THE SEXES.
Based on the incredible true story, the 1973 tennis match between women’s World #1, Billie Jean King (Emma Stone), and ex-men’s-champ and serial hustler, Bobby Riggs (Steve Carell), was billed as the “BATTLE OFTHE SEXES” and became one of the most watched televised sports events of all time, reaching 90 million viewers around the world.
As the rivalry between King and Riggs kicked into high gear, off-court each were fighting more personal and complex battles. Together, Billie and Bobby served up a cultural spectacle that resonated far beyond the tennis court, sparking discussions in bedrooms and boardrooms that continue to reverberate today.

8. Participants may only enter once. Additional entries will be deemed invalid.


9. The prize consists of 1 of 20 double passes [valid for 2 people] to see BATTLE OF THE SEXES; each double pass is valued at $42.


10. Prizes are not redeemable for cash and are subject to ticket conditions and restrictions.


11. The winners of the competition will be selected by random choice 29 September at Community Newspaper Group, Perth.


12. Directors and employees of Community Newspaper Group Ltd including their immediate families, its agencies and companies associated with the competition are ineligible to enter.
