Prize consists of a trip for the winner and one (1) guest who are Australian residents and aged 18 years and over to Wee Waa and two VIP tickets to the 79th Annual Wee Waa Show on Friday 17 May 2013. The trip includes return economy class airfares for two adults departing from the winner's closest Australian capital city airport to Narrabri Airport (inclusive of all airline taxes and charges) departing between 14/05/2013 and 17/05/013 and returning on 18/05/2012 and three star (or equivalent) accommodation in Wee Waa . The flight dates and number of nights accommodation are subject to the availability of flights from the winner's nearest capital airport to Narrabri Airport. If due to the availability of flights, winners and their guests are required to transfer through Sydney Airport and to stop overnight, the Promoter will provide three star (or equivalent) accommodation in Sydney for the winners and their guests. Transfers to an from the winners' home to their nearest Australian capital city airport and to and from Narrabri Airport and the winners' accommodation in Wee Waa are not included. Winners and their guests must travel together. Flights and accommodation will be selected and allocated at the Promoters discretion and communicated to the winner no less than 24 hours prior to departure . The Prize winner is responsible for completing all necessary information required by these terms and conditions to complete their booking, including information required to be completed on behalf of their guest. (RRP = $2,500). Total prize pool = $12,500. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner and their guest arrange at their own expense valid travel insurance with the highest available coverage for their period of travel.
