To enter the Zarraffa’s Coffee® Cookies and Cream Trade Promotion 2025, participants must swipe or scan their Zarraffa’s Z Card® at the time of making an eligible purchase of specific products during the promotion period.

Eligibility for the Zarraffa’s Coffee® Cookies and Cream Trade Promotion 2025 is restricted to permanent residents of Queensland, New South Wales, Western Australia, Victoria, and South Australia who are active members of the Zarraffa’s Z Card® program; minors are not eligible.

Winners of the Zarraffa’s Coffee® Cookies and Cream Trade Promotion 2025 are selected via an electronic draw conducted at the specified draw location on Monday, 2 February 2026, at 11:00 AM AEST.

Winners of the Zarraffa’s Coffee® Cookies and Cream Trade Promotion 2025 will be notified in writing within three working days of the draw date.

In the event that a prize remains unclaimed in the Zarraffa’s Coffee® Cookies and Cream Trade Promotion 2025, a redraw will take place on Monday, 4 May 2026, at 11:00 AM AEST, with winners notified within seven working days of the redraw date.
