What is the prize for the competition?
The prize is a Le Vian Chocolatier 5ct Chocolate & Vanilla Diamonds 14ct Gold Bracelet.
What is the total prize pool amount?
The total prize value is $11,999 AUD.
How will the winner be selected and notified?
The winner will be chosen based on the merit of their entry. The winner will be announced on 20 May 2024 and notified by email, with the announcement also made on the TVSN website.
Are there any special conditions for the prize?
The prize does not include any travel associated with claiming or receiving the prize. It is the winner's responsibility to have valid documents for travel if required. The prize will be transferred to the winner within 28 days after being claimed.
What happens if the prize is unclaimed?
If the winner is from South Australia and cannot be contacted within three months after being announced, the prize will be redrawn on 20 August 2024. For winners from other states, a redraw will occur on 3 June 2024 if the winner cannot be contacted within two weeks.
Can the prize be substituted?
The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if the original prize is unavailable.
What are the limitations of liability?
The promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death except for liability which cannot be excluded by law. The winner takes the prize at their own risk.
